HI Conrad
What condition is the flooring in? Is it a domestic or commercial property? Do you know, when they where last polished? More info you can give, the more i can advise you.

hi Andrew
flooring is in domestic property ( tudor style house ) original floor when house was built,
flooring is all solid and intact, looks like specks of tar maybe tread in over the years or rubber off soles of shoes,
its got a half decent shine to it, the lady in question as been cleaning it with an house hold type floor polish ( same type used on laminates ) scratched a bit with finger naill, specks seam to be trapped in layers of polish
thanks again Conrad

HI Conrad
Send me an email and i will give you as much info as possible. The most important info is how much is she willing to spend? How large is the floor area?
