Its probably because of all the recent heavy rain we've been getting. Things like gutters over flowing etc only normally come to light after a few days of heavy rain.

I charged £25 just to clean the gutters out off a ladder on a 3 bed terrace (gutters front and back only just like a semi). Only took half hour tops, that includes getting gear out and putting away.

That sound cheap to me I was thinking along the lines of £70.00 .7mtrs front  9mtrs side and 7mtrs along the back. Might try to flush them out with wfp.!!!

Sometimes they are so easy you feel guilty taking the customers money, and others when you promise yourself you will stop cleaning gutters altogether !

got a water snake of ebay adapted it to fit on to a small bore hose and fed from a backpack just enough pressure to wash down after cleaning

i charge £6 / m if do fascias and soffits as well and £10 / per downpipe rodded and trap  or gully cleaned

a lot of people clear the gutters but often the problems are blockages in the downpipes
