« on: May 02, 2010, 04:33:02 pm »
Sorry about this post to thoes anti-fishing polers, but i want to get one as temp cheap option, ive been reading thorugh old posts on here but i am getting lost. I want to get the xenoflex 8m pole. What i need to know is,  how long is the pole with the useable sections and are there any other pole sections that can be fitted to it to make it longer?

zensorflex 8 m should reach 90% of normal houses

i sometime combine it with a musclezone

and in a real emergency combine both with a harris pole 8) :o ;D

You could try bamboo ( joke) Zensor is approx 20ft, if you want to go to 40ftregular  then you need a 42ft pole like the M16 from Cheshire Fishing there is no in between, oh maybe not, SWC suggested this 12.5m pole but as with all of them you lose the top 3 sections which are too thin. But I dont know of anyone thats used one. it should be a 24ft pole.

How many zensorflex base sections can you keep adding or is it not advisable

the harris fits into the bottom section of the musclezone

just pull about a metre of the harris, then tighten
then insert into last musclezone section

its only something i have done in an emergency though ;D

but it works

Matt has used 3 base sections one inside the other but that means buying 3 poles @ £20ish, Yes Suds they do interlock for emergencys but maybe ultimately go for a decent c/f which is stiffer and you can make bigger.
Sierragls start with the Zensor and when you havemade it and  tried it work upwards , good luck  :)?
