« on: April 19, 2010, 11:47:01 am »
Hi all,
I am selling my window cleaning round in the Grimsby / Cleethorpes area, it generates £2090 on a 4 weekly cycle, the round has been established for around 7 years and is 99% domestic, I have been doing on my own for the past 3 years.
they are all great payers and work can be done WFP or Trad.
there has been no price rise for a few years so there is the chance to up earnings considerably.

Asking price £ 5995

thanks for your interest

Dave

hopefully so, its a genuine reason for sale i'm going back into a sales job in grimsby and need the extra money due to having a 5 week old little girl and wanting to support my family, i thought the going rate for a round was around  3x the round value?

clee, why dont you buy it and offer to work off the debt, get an outside professional to look after the money side with contracts etc on both of your behalfs....if he wants 3 times all you need to do is work the round for 3 months for nothing if he accepts of course.....its standard practice among friends to let them pay it up...at least meet up with him to discuss the possibility....he can only say no....and if he is geniune he will go for it and look at it as extra money for three months....go on, just ask clee 8)

i am sure he can at least look at the possibilty clee, as its public on the forum imagine the stick you would get if you were to let him down.....thats how i would do it if i were buying or selling....its all down to reputation, mine and theirs ;)

hi Clee, would still prefer one off payment but this sounds like quite a good idea, has anyone else done this before? would need to be written up in contract as wouldn't want to get caught out that's all.
