Window cleaning, just a few words.
« on: April 12, 2010, 11:43:05 pm »
Couple of posts tonight regarding people losing incentive, and bored out of their minds,  one or too are even losing the plot,

but quite honestly,....lets be serious, in a few words only .....lets just put things into perspective,

Window cleaning is not like being a scientist or an astronaut, and it does get a little repetative.... but tell me a job that does not!!!

My few words are.:

i love it,

it gets me involved with the public,

i am my own boss,

i choose my work, and i am free.

How many jobs give you that ?.

 ;)

You?

i am looking forward to the world cup, so i can go watch the match in the pub whilst my misses thinks i am at work lol

its a great job,  just some times boring, but i have found that since i put out flyers i seem to be pricing a job a day, which is taking my business in the direction i want

And every new job you pick up gives you a substancial annual payrise, no grovelling to bosses for a few more bob in the wage packet.
What other job does that, plus you get a suntan that most would die for as they are cooped up in their tiny little office all day.
Sure winter can be unpleasant but we can't have everything can we  ;D

Jobs a good 'un

I have good days and "not bad" days, so I'm happy. Loved truck driving, but too much stress and preasure coming into international routes. Glad I came back to WCing. Love domestic work, not too keen on any commercial stuff that takes more than an hour or two.
