it costs £49 per year if your area is not taken, if it is I cannot help you in that area, as it is first in first served.

can you let me know what town your talking about, mid essex is like north norfolk to m, I do not clean there myself so need more specifics please. I replied to your email a couple of mins after you sent it Matt.  ;)
