you say its part of the tools of the trade yet you said you don't need it, just clean the material you said,

no wonder the customer can still smell it if thats all you do, maybe you should of said, clean the material like leather but then use an o3 machine to get rid of any deep penatrating odours, would that not of been a better answer roger.

also if its part of the tools of the trade, and you say that smoke can not be rid of without physical force then why is it part of the tools of the trade?

It is obvious  Derek that in many situations it is not viable or possible to physically clean a smoke damaged item, that is why we use Ozone or ionizer machines.  I will  carry out the fogging first , then move on to the Ionizer , the car I now know has been valetted 3 times!

It would be a mistake, check my post if I did say this “it’s part of the tools of the trade yet you said you don't need it”.

“Heighten Awareness” in this case means that the customer may still smell in their head not necessary through their olfactory
organ.

A physical contact may not mean a “physical force” it includes that products used have to come in contact with chemical reaction of penetration, lubrication and suspension.
