Cooking Oil
« on: March 19, 2010, 10:43:00 pm »
Got a green cotton chenile cushion from a boat, soaked in cooking oil - the boat got broken in to and vandalised. They slashed the vinyl seating, and poored cooking oil over the rest!

I have the only non removable cover, and the oil has not gone in to the foam, but I can't seem to get rid of the dark stain along bottm edge. Cleaned it with Prochem Fabric Restorer, microsplitters and even Citrus Gel, all to no avail.

Any suggestions?

prochem, its used as a booster for presprays  when doing oily carpets but if the area is small i just spray on, wand off, spray on wand off, bit like the karate kid only citra boost instead of wax. ;D
