have had a few lately asking me to knock on to see if they need doing as they are staying clean for ages since i went to wfp, just say ok and dump them

Don't just dump them, just say you offer a regular service, if they want them done less often you charge x amount more, I would defo say I do not knocked and ask are service shedules are this would you like 4 or 8 weekly, sorry I cannot knock each time...

If anyone says they dont need cleaning that often jusyt change them to 8 weekly and tell them its £2 or 25% extra (you choose).

If your going to dump them anyway, it wont matter if they say no to the extra.

Don`t  dump them they are the 8 weeklys, I have been getting a huge uptake on 8 weeklys if they dont want 8 weekly then offer them the 12 weekly, they might as well be your customer than someone else`s

tell them to contact you when they want them doing and its a minimum charge of £30 subject to a survey as they will be considered one offs and you will be taking them off the regular round

I must admit that most of the windows I am going to at the moment do not really need cleaning.  I've had no knockbacks yet but I'm expecting some.

In six years of WFPing I've never known the windows to stay this clean.  I can only think that this cold spell has meant less dust about and when it's rained it's actually acted like a pure water rinse.

The birds will start nesting soon - all that mating activity usually means extra poop on the glass (well I think it's poop!)

Roll on the hot dusty summer with damp dewy mornings for the dust to stick to!
