Wondered if anyone had the 3 pole deal from Brodex which was offered on ebay a week thursday just gone ?

I ordered mine about 1pm and didn't expect it to be shipped out till friday and thought it would be with me monday as it was listed as 24hr delivery.

Monday afternoon came and no poles, so I rang them. Got told it would be sent out thursday evening latest for friday delivery.

Rang thursday (3 times in all) and got told they had had lots of orders for the deal and hadn't been able to meet the demand. Now I know for a fact that they only offered 10 of these deals that day and I have proof.

Been told they will be here on monday, but I'm not holding my breath. I really need these poles as my current is really on its way out now.

I reckon they sold the 10 deal and got flooded with calls with people wanting the deal too, sold some more at a higher cost and leaving us who got the deal to wait.

Am really dissapointed with the service I've got from brodex and was wondering if I'm not alone ?

i ordered a 25ft pole and to my shock got it the next day,was very impressed!

I don't know what their poles are like but I have never dealt with Brodex in the past because you never know what the correct price is. I wanted an aluminium pole some time ago and heard on here that they were giving poles away provided you had a demonstration of one of their systems. I gave them a ring and they denied all knowledge of it   yet people were still posting on here that they had it. Then you get the phonecall offering you some special deal.
I've always used Gardiners because the price they give is normally the price you pay.
Only trouble is they won't haggle in my experience. Anyone managed to get any discount with Gardiners?

I've just checked their ebay shop and it says 24hours via courier. There is another option that says get it fast and that if I ordered today that I would receive it on the 10th which would be wednesday and providing that you pay paypal as I did
