Shurflo Pump
«
on:

Its a 100psi shurflo pump and the last couple of days has been making a knocking noise when its running. Increase, decrease the flow rate, it makes no difference. Works ok but just a bit worried its gonna go bang.
Any ideas?
Thanks

Mine does the same, think this starts to happen as they get old, had mine nearly 2 years.

Get a spare before it breaks down.
I've just changed my five year old 60psi Flojet for a two year old 100psi Sureflo

My 100psi Flowjet is now in its 7yr and still going well. but I do have a spare inline ready to go.
As been said get another as a spare as it will cost you a days pay if it stops.

Perhaps the screws that hold all the pieces together on the diaphram end need tightening up.
