had a quote come back for this from polished insurance, sounds good i think, also covers me for damage etc.

Following your recent enquiry via the “Polished-Insurance” website, I can now provide you with an official quotation for your covers and trust that you find this acceptable.

A full summary of the quotation is attached in PDF format along with our Terms of Business Agreement.

The quote can be summarised below:

COMPREHENSIVE POLICY

Public and Products Liability

The quotation we can provide for you is for Public Liability Insurance including:

Public and Products Liability (£1m)
Cover for “damage to property worked upon” (i.e. anything at all that you are cleaning) up to £1m
Cover for “treatment risks” (damage as a result of treatments applied) up to £1m
Loss of Keys and Consequential Loss of Keys – Limit £ 50,000
Height Limit of 25m

The premium inclusive of IPT and £10 fee is £ 167.50

Suitability of the policy

The quotation being offered is under a scheme arrangement we have with QUINN Insurance Ltd for the cleaning industry.

Whilst we have not conducted a full market review we feel that the cover being offered by this policy is adequate for your business needs and provides the level of cover you require.

Other Covers

We would also like to provide you with a quotation for Commercial Legal Expenses with a limit of £100,000 for any one loss (full details of cover attached) with DAS Legal Expenses

The premium inclusive of IPT and fees is £ 37.00

my public liability is with A-PLAN  cost £140 for 5 Million £ cover    I did have my ban insurance with them but changed over to A Swan as they have now 3 vans with reach and wash systems which I can use if say anything happened to my van.
