l5 shoud turn off when you move to the next window turn your tap back on then the l5 will turn back on if the water does not come back hot just turn it again and should fire up i find this happens when there are leaks the pump needs to shut off completly for the unit to fire up again hope that helps...

thinking about it you need to have the switch at the bottom of the gas unit on all the time or it will not work

I use a trigger so if i cut the water supply off for lets say 30 seconds on the front and then 30 seconds on the back surely that will be enough time to cut the l5 off!!! this would then stop this from happening, and  reset the  17 minuite cut off as well would it?
