I've got a new van coming tonight; nothing flash particularly, just a newer version of my old Transit, I'll be swapping my tanks, etc over tomorrow and filling them all fresh for Monday, I've changed my resin and the meters now reading zero and I can't wait to get started again on Monday morning .

Daft really; I'll be cleaning the same windows on Monday as I did last month, just arriving there in a newer van

Oh well; I;m happy anyway

Funny my van is 1 year old this weekend, VW Kombi Beach..  Had a Mitsubishi l300 for 14 years before that. Just done 26.000 km in my first year. I gave it a good wash for its birthday and it looks like new again. Three hour drive down south tomorrow to catch up with some old friends really looking forward to the trip. My old van had a serious oil leak and I was embarrased to pull up in someone's driveway only to deposit a nice big oily stain . its all good now, so I know how you feel.

I've undone the bolts holding the frame in place and tomorrow will be popping it into the new van, marking where the holes need to go, drilling them, bolting in the frame and  drilling holes for the pipes that come out of the back.

Everything sits in a metal frame so it lifts out in one piece; nice and easy.
