buying a round

im thinking of buying a round worth £1200 a mth he wants £3000 is that a good price or no

If the work is well priced, compared to what some people are asking for rounds it sounds like a bargain less than 3x monthly income is very good.

Yeah I agree check out what prices he has quoted for houses if they are fair prices could be a god buy that  ;)

What is the average price per house and how compact is it? Will he go with you and introduce you? Will he let you pay in monthly instalments for three months and not charge you for any "drop offs"? Are you changing the method of cleaning for the custies? Is it Monthly?

It could be an excellent deal or it could be making you a "busy fool" - it's probably somewhere in the middle...
