Manchester Temperatures

Anyone working in manchester has my sympathy. It's as cold there as it is here in scotland. I can't understand why though given the geography, just that every time I watch the weather on BBC 24 I've noticed Manchester in particular has had a very long & continuing spell of seriously low temperatures!!!

Should be fine  ??? Doesn't slumpy come from there? All that hot air shoould thaw anything out.

dosnt actuall feel that cold till your hands stick to the ladder because of the cold   HORRIBLE
