Do you have a rotary Karl?
Are there many obstructions like desks, cabinets etc.?
If you no rotary then get a 17" or, if more of open speaces - 20"
Cost about £1.20 per sq metre - unless you know what the acceptable price was before.

Fusion Clean from Solutions UK getting good reviews from those that tried it - detergent free, deodoriser, anti-stain, eco (natural plant extracts. Diluutes up to 1:25 so works out economical.

You will need more then one man, preferably 2 operators and a thrid vaccing, prespraying etc.
