How to fix slipping pole sections?

Hey all,

I've been searching for how to fix slipping pole section but can't find anything, soooo......

Can anybody tell me how to fix slipping section using some sort of resin, and maybe a step by step guide on it??

on my harriss pole I glue a little piece of velcro inside the clamps... works a treat ;D ;D

isnt velcro about the same price as the harris  ;D

Nice idea, suppose that'll take up any slack in the pole section and still give a nice tight clamp

another thing you can use is the top off a pop bottle and glue that on

You cut a 1 cm wide piece of a plastic pop bottle and wrap it round the claws once, tighten up the clamp, job done. It really is as easy as that, well for the Harris anyway.
