George - Block movements
« on: December 22, 2009, 10:29:25 pm »

Xmas is here, and taking a couple of weeks off.  I need to push all work back two weeks.

Can this be done in one block, the only way I see it at the mo is changing the date manually on each and every job...long process !

If you right click on the first job window opens select add to list, continue to right click the jobs you want to  change then select the new date on the list .

Just tried that, but it only lets you select one at a time, and have to change the date for each one.

Gazza, would not want to do that as a 4 week clean would have another clean 2 weeks later.  I just want to push the whole diary back 2 weeks without changing the daily order I do jobs

Ah ha !!!

I  needed to run an update, they must have known this Q was coming.

Still cant move the whole diary in one go by two weeks, lets you skip the job for the lot, but then moves it all back 4 & 8 weeks.

Still, at least I now can push back a day at a time rather than one job ata a time

You don't have to skip the job, you can select change next due date > set all > and then choose a date
