backpacks do have a place
« on: December 19, 2009, 11:25:55 am »
Have to admit never thought a back pack would be of any use , but with freezing snow on the floor , the hose will just freeze after a few mins so i think i will have to order a back pack to see me through the freezing days.
are the wcw one ok ? they are only £100 but the shurflo ones are £300

So you think backpacks are only suitable in freezing weather?  Are you a new start up?

if you buy the wcw bpack make sure they send out a small length of minibore hose with it as the black hose in the bottom of the bpack kinks and restricts the water flow , you may need to change it to the minibore , happened on 2 of mine regards alan

They do freeze up... Mine was frozen at 11.30 am and wouldn't push any water out (some frozen some not).

Cracking piece of kit... Yes there are a few things you need to tighten / check, but for the price its worth it.

Oh and ill add this... Carry a spare fuse or two. I had one go.
