Wfp has made even Tam soft  :o  Must be good.

A lot of trad cleaners` views of wfp are due to ignorance not just because they are trad.

There is some ignorance on the wfp side too.

This post is spot on.

I find it quite amusing.

Ironically, his cleaning may have been rubbish because you redid them.
Not an insult to your window cleaning but he was trying to take chemicals/detergent off thge windows to keep the water pure and you were probably putting detergent back on them.  He turns up the next time expecting the glass to be free of such stuff and cleans with the expectation that no chemicals have been used on the glass since his previous visit.

at first i was really anti wfp even after buying one, i first bought an over the top (now ionic) system and thought it was rubbish the poles where like spaghetti the jets where about 4 inches above brush so dirt always came running down from stonework and vents above glass, and it used tons of water a 1000 litre tank lasted me and a lad about 3 hours i only had it a week and sent it back, the only reason i tried it again was many of my jobs where now saying i couldnt use ladders so i had no alternative and when i bought one again  it was totally different and worked really well so fair play to ionic for sticking at it and ironing out all the problems whilst getting massive oposition to it , i still do the occasional job where the results arent brilliant for certain reasons but i can usually tell which jobs these will be and allow in my price to do an secondary clean to get them right.
so for any who critisized wfp at first i would say they where right but things have moved on a lot and the equipment available now if used properly does do a good job.
better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove any doubt

They need to get the right backing and the right people in the right places first, but they are getting bigger thats for sure, which is good,
