I got soaked to my underwear, anybody who worked down south, surrey way know hows bad it was today.

Customers were fine though, even got a £6 tip! They were all friendly and happy to see me. Aint as queer as folk I think is the saying.  :D

It's been raining for days, had to work today to catch up.

Yes, not a very nice day in Ascot today. Looking at the weather, looks good until Sunday but we all know that can change.

P#ssing it down in Hampshire as well, but got the waterproofs out and worked as normal. Got a few sarcastic remarks, but most were fine.  :)

I know, still need to buy something proper. Money is tight atm, even though I can claim it back!

Get a rubber boiler suit from your local army stores.

I've got one and it keeps me warm and dry. I paid about £18 for it.

Bought it for when I was working at a hospital and commuting on the bike in all weathers. 40 miles a day for a year and it never let me down.
