Job in seaford, sussex
« on: December 04, 2009, 01:44:33 pm »
Hi guys

Im looking to sub out this job in the new year depending on what prices people come back with it's 4 blocks in a row that need to be done once a month front & rear and side there are 6 windows either side of the blocks and 12 windows in the middle where a walk way is they only about 1ft high by about 2ft long so not much. I have had this job for over 4 years so would not just be done for a few months!!

What are people views on prices for the work ???

I do work for these managing agents already and have already quoted,

There are indeed 4 blocks but the picture only shows half a block, there are in fact 7 of the blocks shown in the picture

yes she did mention that you do the common ways and subbed the windows out, I put a quote in a few weeks ago for the window clean and the gutter vac was done a few months ago :)
