bleeding seals

has anyone ever come across this cleaning inside trad before, it was a nightmare, no matter what i did it just kept on releasing dirt of some kind, i had to spray and polish the glass in the end,

I've got some bleedin white ones I clean wfp outside. Run my finger over them and they are sticky. I guess they just deteriorate with time same on the inside.

yes oily sort of but drys fast and badly smears the glass, i knew something was wrong straight away, it was really embarressing for me at first, made me look real bad lol then it happened on every window i did, except the new conservatory, the only explaination i had was the seals, i even check my washer, and that was fine,
