STICKY TAPE ON UPVC WINDOW FRAMES

looking for some time of cleaning solutions which will remove the most stubborn type of adhesives  tape which has been used on white upvc window frames, over 50 to do all sizes
has any body got any ideas

I use Autoglym tar remover works for me... especially when builders put gaffer tape on the frames

thanks for all reply s, what there did was put some plastic sheet over glass to stop kids throwing stones at windows and smashing glass
there used a heavy duty  black adhesives tape gaffer tape maybe, when pplastic panels have been removed it left adhesives mark on white upvc
were did you buy aerosol graffiti remover at
has anybody got any other ideas
