not good quality pump

I have just bought a pump from an e bay  from a diving company the first leaked and I send it back the second has just arrived and also leakes has anyone also have this experanced this.

It can happen to anyone i suppose, but i think better to buy a flojet or shurflo in the beginning and be done with it.

The pump is sold as a booster pump for a R O 8o psi and 2.9 litres per min. 1.8 amp  12 volt.looks same as flojet.
