Well it's Monday morning
« on: November 09, 2009, 07:46:20 am »
So here we go...we start another week...

Our troops are dying, many groups in the UK and around the world are dying from disease, famin, etc, etc.

We are indeed some of the most fortunate in the world....give thanks, give a little to a charity of your choice or just do something for someone else without want of return.

Above all..count your blessings.

This week I aim to get one job and then after taxes that money will be donated to my charity of choice every time it is done...perhaps you could make difference in a very small way?

Have a great week...

Cheers
Dave.

I have been doing that for years mate,   I'm a great believer in giving somthing back as it makes me feel good and keeps me positive

Thats why I always smile when I read some of the posts on here from people moaning about the most trivial of things that happened to them that day which for some reason puts them in a negative and grumpy mood for the rest of the day.   so much so that they have to come and tell everyone on here   you know who you are !

I fully agree with you that we are very lucky indeed to do a job we actually enjoy and with a wonderful sense of freedom and achievement,  so when I read posts saying what motivates you to go out every day I smile and say who needs motivation ?       when you do a job you enjoy which gives you that sense of freedom and achievement and building a good working relationship with your customers even the ones who lets say can be awkward at times,   then you certainly don't need any motivation,    if you  do then you are definately in the wrong line of work.

have a gread day everyone and remember its Monday so only 4 more days after today and its the weekend again  ;D ;D ;D

Thinkin about it in the last 5 days, one my mates has told me his mrs has done a runner with another bloke. And another friend has just emailed me to tell me his 3 year contract in Baghdad(sparky on loads of money) has just been informed he may as well get on a plane and come home now. The contract's finished after just a year, so he'll be out of work when he lands. Life may seem pants sometimes, but yeh, ya gotta be thankful for what ya have got and not be envious of those that have more. Carpe Diem boys and gals.  ;)
