I have to quote for a u-shaped block of appartments 5 stories high on the outside and 4 stories high on the inside.  On the sea front side of the building there are 6 large roof terraces which are on the 3rd & 4th storey which can only be cleaned from ladder or access from inside the appartment there are 26 flats with 6x2 metres sq large windows in p.vc frames the 6 penthouse suites are 12x 3x3 metres sq I have been doing work on builders cleans for this company for 3 years so have a good relationship.  Anyone got anything similar to this who could advise me on pricing the job the quote is for a monthly clean

i wouldnt be getting up a ladder to ump onto balcony for one, ny i do like this clean there own balonys and due to heath and saftey its usually in there ervice contract
