is £1.50 a sq metre too cheap for commercial pressure washing?

im just wondering if £1.50 a sq metre is to cheap for commercial flag or block paving cleaning?  some people seem to charge £3.00 to £4.00 a sq metre but i suppose it is down to how many staff and overheads you have. the bigger you get the more you charge to cover costs.
