just been rowsing and found few websites where people chage 1-1.50 msq for commercial carpet cleaning, and i have seen not just one of them but few, is that realistic? i mean i thought cheapest going rate is about £3? or am wrong?

I will do £1 m2 all day long if you get 1000s of metres to do as my costs are minimal for commercial.Why not get a job you quote at £3 m2 when you can earn excellent money at £1 m2 just think how long does it take me to do and what are my costs.I was told this week a major company charges 40p m2 so i think its down to the individual Regards Alan(swindon)

Those same ones charging £1 - £1.50 (or less) will, as already said, be doing large quantities (far more then an average house) and also likely not doing HWE so costs will be less.

ok thank, i get what you are saying, i will have to work on our commercial prices better :)
