My backpack intelligent charger doesnt seem to be working...red light stays on and its a bit hot and smells a bit. Is it done for, got it 6 months ago with my Omnipole backpack.

ive got the same one for a trolley, i bought a new shaver adapter,

and plugged it into that , seems to have solved the problem :

mine nearly caught fire . wires fused together
