Roof Rack for Trafic
« on: September 11, 2009, 07:28:17 pm »
I have just took delivery of my trafics and the first thing i notice is the silly roof bar mounts, why is the major front one so far away from the front door step.

There is a flimsy looking mount futher forward, do any of you use that one ?

Looks like you need a step ladder to undo the ladder clamps.

I have a primastar, same as the traffic,  check out this item on ebay 290345567198 really good roof racks and roller at back to slide ladders on. When fastening up ladders on short jorneys you only need one rope in middle near sliding door as this pulls ladders tight to side bar.
definately recommend.

i stand on the back when the doors open, and stand in the step on which side door i need to to reach the clamps
