wfp whats the problem
« on: August 27, 2009, 10:38:39 pm »
hi

am moving over to wfp, and have told a few customers that i will be doing this and the majority have said they dont want it done as its crap and thats why they got rid of the last window cleaner, basically i think there was a window cleaner who was doing a cheap job and not keeping his water up to scratch, besides offering free cleans to prove i am better and other ideas on what i can do

as dont want the wfp just sitting there in back of van, as one of the reason i got it was to speed up and cut wages as was sick of not getting any one decent to work with

other ideas on what i can do

Tell them there are laws on working at height plus that there is now case history on window cleaners taking property owners to court after having a fall.
Tell them you have researched the subject, spoken to experts and if the clean is not right then you will call back within 24 hours and do it again.
Failing that canvass for customers who care about you as much as you care about them.

I think the trick is not to raise the customer's attention to the new method.  As soon as you do this they will be looking for problems.

jut start using it and if anyone complains talk to them and explain about safety and after a couple of cleans the job will be spot on. Keep safety at the top of the reason to use this system. If they have not got your safety in mind dump them its your neck.
