been asked to quote for a flat which is on the 4th floor it has 6 windows that need doing? he wants it done every 4 months

How much you charge for this ??? ???

wouldnt bother mate,4th floor flat is bad enough but 4 monthly  :o

Yer but its for a big company where there are over 300 other flats that they will need pricing up for window aswell :o :o

Cant do them from the in side as the windows have been painted shut and unable to open now >:( >:(

The problem with jobs like these is that the windows below get wet even though the people might not want them cleaned.  Better to try to contact the freeholder IMO and get all of them cleaned.

imo    get a wagtail flipper   on a pole . this takes some practice , ive found  best to use a 14 inch as   an   18  or 16   is a bit heavy at height to flip

 im not sure what pole  though as iv only done 3 storeys
