if you can remove sections of the pole why can you buy add on sections?does this make any sense to any1 else?if you could you could buy the say 25ft 1 and say buy extra 5 ft lengths makes them more of a realistic price for the newcomers.

We will not be selling add on sections for the SL-X pole.  However, we will be selling a full range of spares for all the sizes of poles.  Some clients may decide to buy a base section from the next size up and use this as an extension section.  It would always be cheaper to buy the larger size pole than to buy the smaller one and add a section on.

The other point to remember is that technically to get the full benefit of the pole you would need to remove your current base section, replace it with the same size section but non-insulated and with overlap markers and then buy another base section of the next size up.  This would probably add £150 to the cost of your original pole making it much cheaper to buy the bigger pole and remove a few sections if you wanted it lighter for occasional work.

The 22ft has proved to be the most popular size so far.  Sorry you are having to wait.

Stick with it Ian - it's worth the wait.

I'm still raving about mine - best purchase for a very long time - and my back is the happiest it has ever been since I started WPFing  ;D
