Drop list
« on: August 04, 2009, 08:32:51 am »
So here I on my holidays...well I am at home until next Monday..

So I have been looking at my customer list and whilst trawling through it...I can find loads that I would love to drop...most are reasonably priced, however loads of them are just a PITA because of various reasons ranging from access to the flat roofs not draining and always having to wade waist deep in water over there roof  ;)...

How's about you?

Dave.

I don't have one, but I think I might take a look myself.

Its the bad payers I want rid of. They take so much time to get payment off I feel like charging them the amount of times I have to go round/ring/ txt
Only those who risk going too far will truly know how far they can actually go

at the start of this year I made the decision to drop about 18 bad payers/customers  as it was just a nightmare to gain access/ get paid ect.      best thing Ive ever done and have picked more than treble the amount of good customers up since.

have even heard on the grapevine that a couple of the bad ones have said for some reason I stopped coming which is a shame as I was a really good W/C  and they cant seem to get anyone else.

that news made me even more happy  ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

if only there were a bad customer national blacklist that we could check  :D :D
