this totally depends on the type of paint used, i have done some where it has come off very easily and others where it has taken three or four applicatiions of chemical and powerwashing after each application, the only advice i can give is to do a sample area before you offer them a price.

are the chemicals expensive?
Im not sure if i should take the job on, as I havnt done it before. What do you think, apart from repeat aplications, is it hard to do?should i leave it to someone that does this sort of thing?

the chemicals arent too expensive but the job can be a real pain and it is very messy, what i usually do is offer to do a free sample if no difficulty then i will take the job on iat a reasonable price if it appears to be a bad one then i price myself out of the job.
