not dodgy at all
My business interest dont lie in window cleaning anymore they are in property
I also have a construction company but i am renting abit of work out to my previous employee
for what i paid for it i could rent it out for £30 every £100 even though it only earns £180 a fortnight il break even pretty soon - when hes ready to buy the round il sell him the business name then thats it for me

LOL i dont consider myself greedy just business minded
i was asking for advice

Truth being i felt bad for my employee especially why he was kind of family so i bought a small round for him to work for his self which he is now renting off me

Talking about price the average price for a semi or detatched house in St helens ans wigan etc is around £5 - the best priced houses i had were in widnes at around £8 - £12 and as the round is in rainhill it seems to be fairly priced

How dodgy are you?

 ??? ??? :o :o ;D ;D

I was only joking,

You do whats best for you mate
