anybody ever used 1 of the round builders that are knocking about? are they any good do they deliver the goods? any feedback would b good

  how about this for a marketing ploy seen a bloke yesterday riding round and round
  on a bike push bike with a bloody great big sign on it for a new booths shop thats just opend
  got to be worth a try get fit too :D

lol would but think 19 stone of bloke on pushbike dont work to well and am normally to knackard after work and gym to ride round ha

 i am 13 stone now lost 2 stone last mth but i just dont do hills so
  i would ride round where its flat ;D

might have to cut down on the protien shakes then lol w/c great for the cardio
