Is that just to freshen it up, or to try and remove stains?
I say this as when I have cleaned a mattress, the stains never come out, so I say I can clean it for health reasons. ie dust mites etc.

Did a double mattress a few months ago, told her it would just freshen it and could treat it with allergen spray if required, i.e. any stains unlikely to come out.
Said she just wanted the smell of her now ex-husband from it  :o
Was doing her upholstery at the same time and it was a previous customer so only charged her £20.
