west dumbartonshire clamping down hard on licences

they had there own inforcement officers now they wont do it as they aint paid anymore for checking folk now its up to the police,my mates been stopped twice and they charged him the 2nd time,he has to go to appeal to get licence after they rejected him cause he had a police action pending,aint allowed to work till 2nd week in aug cause thats when the appeal committee meet,anyone had similar experience

i got licence before i started as it's not worht  the f***in hassle TBH

I wish South Ayrshire would implement licensing.
The county is full of window cleaners from the neighbouring (already licensed) areas.

it dont stop anyone from doing WC. the problem is that it is not enforced. I work the town centre every day and decided i would be bette roff having it than not having it tbh. I see load sof firms working my town and i know they dont have licences.
