just got a phone call from a customer saying my employee has scratched his window today while cleaning them can't figure out how he has done this we use wfp any idea's :(

Thankfully this is a very difficult one to prove unless he was seen doing it.
My guess is that it was already scratched.

I have been told just before packing my pole away to give the brush a spray from the hose, I also soak my brushes in pure water over night.

just under the base on the corner of the brush (vikan) after a little while three metal like staples appear only very slighty but someone helping me used it to clean bird poo, scratched it £100.

How hard were you scrubbing the window then? Must have been with some force to make scratches with bits of sand on the ends of bristle, especially when they would have touched the bird poo before the glass. Think you've been had mate :o
