hi there

sales activity is the key, you have to do the right activities, at the right time and do the right amount.

sales activity is the only key to generating sales revenue.

for instance 1 day of phone cold calling appointment making, the only way to win work is to make sure that your pipeline is full.

martin

Just basic stuff, ask for the facilities manager or "Can I speak to the person who deals with the office cleaning Please!"

9 / 10 its the secretary that deals with the cleaning or the office manager.

Get the Name of the person, always be polite. And if they dont want you to call or pester them respect them.

Ask to send in brouchures, find out when the contract is up for renewal and make a note of when and ask if you could be considered to drop in a quotation.

There lots to do!
