To all you pressure washers.

When cleaning patio slabs with a pressure washer is there a good pre-wash chemical to loosen up lichen and the like. Any advice most welcome. Cheers, Paul.

Never had to use any chemical, albeit only do a few domestics as an add on service.
If you've got a powerful enough P/W then the water alone should do the job.

I iknow what you mean! I did a patio yesterday and cam u p almost as good as new. However the black lichen is a problem and sometimes pressure alone won't remove it! I came on here to ask the same question really!

What chemical will help remove the black lichen!?
