I agree with Mike - why the first page.
It means your potential customer has to do another click to get to the meat of it - they may not bother.

Search engines wont read the required text element because of the title page. I would lose it and go straight into the Home/index page

I would lose the ref to being in business since 2007,some peeps may think you have limited experience.
"J & A Cleaning Services is an established,family run business based in East Anglia" sounds much nicer.
You also say-"Rinsing and cleaning the carpets from residues",that doesn't make sense would read better dropping the residues bit.
You could be losing out a lot with the 25% reduction for empty properties,if you gain a lot of work from letting agents or landlords they will happily pay your full price for a good job as it is charged to the outgoing tenants anyway.
On your window cleaning section you say "How does it works?",need to remove the S.

I would stick with the same Font. Change the one on the about us page to the same as the rest of the site.Also you quote request page is all off.
