Patio cleaning help

Hi

i know this should be in general cleaning but not many people post there?

i have just pressure washed patio

looks ok just wondering to kill green or other lichen if i use acid diluted

will it help stop the Bl*&dy stuff coming back

i know some seal but do you have any idea on good sealers and are they impregnating or sitting on top.

some people like a glossy appearance any thoughts from some of you experts our there

there is a great spray called ''green clean'', i just used some out the back of my rug cleaning 'centre' . Spray it on and leave for two days then hose/pressure wash off. Should last for the whole year, can last a lot longer tho. It the kind of thing you use if your promising green free paths all year round to your customers. you can get it sent to you from a company up north called Killis Kleaners. Is good for patios walls and decking
