It's based on flow very high flow, litterally it works straight from a tap a bit like e pressure washer the flow is if memory services me right is 6 gallons a minute and it works on an auto pump straight into a toilet.

Not the same Shaun,

right theory, wrong operation. The pump control is what makes the machine a bit special. The electronics work out what psi you have requested and then alters speed to compensate for height/tool/tip you are using. So you can control flow into whatever you are cleaning.

You can clean a Belgian Wilton at 40 PSI with am EMV with no problems at all.

Sorry Shaun you didn't say which! ;D

6 Gallons a minute will give you a dolls house size BW at the end of a clean!
