long pole for an employee

i need to buy poles for employee and will get an xtel 17ft for everydayuse which is what i use but i need to get a long pole too , i use a 36ft hybrid which is good if not a bit heavy but fairly pricey - around £400 , i need to get a similar size pole also for the employee. what long poles do your employees use ?

I think £400 for that Hybrid you mentioned is such a rip off there terrible poles to use,i`d much rather spend another £200 on a carbon pole.If i were you i would get your mate a Glyder.

maybe if i was to buy again i probably would spend the extra £200 but it does a job - what is the glyder?

carbon pole from ionics sounds pricey to me!!!!!  and it needs to be around 35/36ft
