Intake for gutter vacuum
« on: April 12, 2009, 04:49:06 pm »
I've looked at a system recently which apparently is the same spec. as a well known supplier of gutter vacuums.

The generator was Chinese made based upon Honda technology (can't remember the name).

The vac hose is 51mm but the actual intake is 38mm. The supplier insisted that other well known systems are also 38mm intake - is this the case? I was sure it was 51mm and that was where it had the competitive edge.

The complete system with a generator was £1850+VAT.

Any thoughts?
