« on: April 10, 2009, 08:08:02 pm »
hi,could anyone help,my wife(bless her)cleans along with me(she has her own van-couldn't cope all day working with her!)anyway we need to revise the signwriting/logo on both of our vans-she wants a girlie pink with some kind of woman doing wfp-these seem near impossible to find(as in logo)to place on the side of the van nearly thought of an iconics/bt logo with a skirt on but that wouldn't be right can/could someone out there come up with something to suit(will pay for your time etc for the right design)many thanks kevin

re:pam soaped up or not it'd work for me-but not for or'lass(she's not blond!)nor the shape either!she wants to capture the housewife who wants the windows cleaned, they feel much more comfy with a female shiner than a male,to be fair to her she gets on far better with the custies than me (something about school holidays, cooking, housework etc)i'll never understand that but it works

Hmmm........
1) Do you have a business name that both of you work for?
2) Are you both registered separately as sole traders?
3) What is your sign writng that you already have on both your vans?
You have a van each but work alongside each other ??? ??? Strange on vehicle overheads, but hey each to their own.
4) Are you really serious about doing this or are you just humouring your wife?

Mr & Mrs Window Cleaning on each van.

Your van is white van man style with the "Mr" highlighted and hers is barbie pink with "Mrs" highlighted!!!

Only half-joking!
It's a game of three halves!

nope not a wind up,nor i am on here under a different name,i am humouring the wife-but to be fair we live in a small town so a white caddy with pink lettering and a woman logo type thing wfp will get noticed!its just re-branding really, we work at weekends at the mo to build the round up even more-not on here to brag but this has been good to us for the past year and we are keen ontaking it further and am struggling to find a logo to suit a female window cleaning/wfp-plenty of the cheesy fella's with a ladder and a bucket but nothing else

His 'n hers.

His in blue.  Hers in pink.
If you look quickly it has the component letters of "shiners" - though that may mean nothing to a custie.
May need to have a background colour the size of the ad so that the blue "his" is visible.

As for logo - maybe a photograph printed onto the vehicle?
